This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases made through flowdevz.com. Where an item is purchased via a third-party marketplace (e.g., Webflow), the marketplace’s policy applies and supersedes this policy for that order.
1) Subscriptions purchased on flowdevz.com
We offer a 14-day refund window on subscription packages (e.g., Yearly, Lifetime) purchased directly from flowdevz.com.
- Eligibility: Request must be made within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- Scope: Applies to Flowdevz subscriptions only (not third-party marketplace orders).
- What happens after a refund: Your subscription is canceled and access to subscriber-only downloads/updates/support is revoked immediately upon refund approval.
How to request
Email support@flowdevz.com with:
- Order ID / email used at checkout
- Purchase date
- Short reason (optional; helps us improve)
We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
2) Webflow Marketplace purchases
If you bought a Flowdevz item on the Webflow Marketplace, your order is covered by Webflow’s refund policy.
- Flowdevz cannot process or override Webflow refunds.
- Please submit your request through your Webflow account/support following their policy and instructions.
3) What is not covered by Flowdevz refunds
For purchases made on flowdevz.com, we generally do not issue refunds when a request is:
- Outside the 14-day window.
- Related to issues caused by third-party hosting, server setup, or environment conflicts beyond our control.
- Based solely on a change of mind or a requirement not mentioned on the product page.
- Made after account misuse (e.g., sharing access, redistributing files, violating license terms).
If something isn’t working as expected, please contact us—our team will help troubleshoot quickly.
4) Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback while we’re assisting you, we may suspend your account and licenses pending resolution. We’re happy to resolve genuine issues and can provide documentation to your bank upon request.
5) Duplicates & accidental purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same subscription twice on flowdevz.com, contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
6) Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on flowdevz.com/refund. Material changes will be communicated via banner or email.
